Coaching
I am offering one-on-one online coaching, personalized to my athletes goals and athletic ability. After filling out my perspective athlete questionnaire, I will schedule a phone call with you to talk about your goals and we will continue from there.
We will be using Final Surge as our platform for posting weekly run plans. There you can sync whatever app you are using to track your runs. I recommend using Strava for tracking runs but other apps like Map My Run, or Apple are also acceptable. For new runners, I will offer advice on how to start tracking workouts and I will give you advice on such things as gear (shoes, watches, etc) and nutrition (electrolytes, gels, etc). If you are training for upcoming races, we will also work together to form race plans and strategy.
In addition to scheduling runs, I will be including Plyometric workouts, Warm up and Cool down plans, and Active Drill videos on the website. I will also be free via text or email as needed.
